IT Workforce cant meet demands for cloud skills
As highlighted at cio.com, we have found that most of the employees as Software Developers are not directly involved in Cloud implementations. We make it a point that our employees are exposed to the full Application Lifecycle on cloud. We found significant benefits as our employees understand the benefits and they think out of the box more to deliver innovative solutions.
Only .4 Million is the difference between US Workforce and APAC workforce. Though countries like India have scores of training centres in IT, none of them teach the practical things needed to do in a job. Thats where our training to new freshers comes in. We provide them the unique opportunity to learn and earn.
